I finally managed a short minimal effort post despite having been feeling quite depressed. As soon as I posted I checked my reader and saw your post that "Today, statistically, should be CRAP!" I too made resolutions and time will tell if they stick. Good for you making healthful ones. I've been lazy and microwave my vegan dinners at home and alone across the pond from you in the U.S.. You must have missed the U.K. while you were in Costa Rica. Do you miss Costa Rica now that you're back in the U.K.? It must be nice to see family again. I am alcohol free but am not exercising enough, not out having fun, and still pining over a long lost love I will almost surely never see again.
