Last year, Reebok launched their new range of Easytone trainers in the US and this year, they're bringing it across the pond to the UK. With the idea of "taking the gym with you" and developed by a NASA scientist, the science behind the trainers are all linked to stability. Designed to feel as if you are walking on a sandy beach, the uneven surface created by the air pockets in the soles, they make you work harder and tone your bum 28% more than regular shoes! (It is not recommended to run in these trainers, however and Reebok have solved that by designing Easytones especially for your workouts, but stay tuned for more updates there!)

I recently went to a Reebok PR event in London (in the rain, hence the terrible photo!) for the new Easytone trainers and I have to say I'm sold! We went on a little walk around Canary Wharf and the next morning, I had that post-workout feeling! And honestly, I wasn't sure that I would! However, I have since popped these on for dog walking and have really found that I feel more toned. Now, don't get me wrong - I do work out as well, but if the shoes weren't working, you wouldn't be feeling the muscles work, would you? The only issue I have is that they look like trainers, and I'm not one to wear sportswear whilst out and about. So, if you don't have a dog to walk, then you may have to rethink your styling to benefit your bum! Having said that, there are some Easytone flip flops which should help you with your summer wardrobe and bikini body all in one. Perfect!
One more thing: Feast your eyes on the TV advert if you haven't seen it already. The combination of the catchy music and the beautiful behind of the model really makes me want to do some squats! So the shoes work even when you're not wearing them!

I saw this advert the other day and decided I NEED these trainers! Really glad that they aren't just a gimmick, it means I can justify buying them now :)
xx
i really don't understand HOW they work though! is it just more resistance when you walk? lovely post anyhow, i like your style! x
Though I might consider buying the product since my bum is featured modeling full briefs, I don't think the models shown in the video have much of any bum at all. In fact they look like generic overly skinny runway models. They would sell more of their product if they picked a models with a more round but still firm posterior. I do like the first still photo though.
